Inspector tells Kashvi that they were lucky to find CCTV video from the house next to Samrat’s where they can see a man with his face covered putting a bomb in Samrat’s car. He says that they will definitely find out who this person is soon. When Nitya hears that, he gets nervous. Kashvi says that means they can find out who killed mummy and dad, or sir.
She requests that the inspector show the film. Inspector shows film and says is hiding his face, but we can see a big mole on his forehead and will catch him soon. Nitya thinks it was stupid of him not to notice the camera in the house next door. Inspector says that Samrat’s staff doesn’t know who killed him, so someone must have paid him to do it.
After a while, Arjun sees that Kashvi is upset and tries to make her feel better. Kashvi says she won’t be able to rest until the person who killed her parents is jailed. Arjun says that he, too, wants to get even, but in the right way. He tells her to study because they have a test coming up.
Kashvi does not want to study. Arjun reminds Nayan of all the things she gave up so Kashvi could become a government servant, like becoming a Sabharwal and not buying her favourite saris. Kashvi thanks him for making her remember that she is a real partner. Arjun says that they are now a couple for life. Both of them start to study.
Nitya scolds her subordinate Sharmaji for not clearing a video from Samrat’s neighbor’s CCTV camera. She says Birju has seen her face and if he is caught, she may be found out.
She remembers that Sharmaji brought Birju with him to get the rest of the money. Sharmaji says that he told Birju to leave town right away, so she shouldn’t be worried. Mahima calls Romila and asks if she can go home, acting like she is very sad about Nayan’s death.

Kashvi is still sad while she is learning, so Arjun takes her out for kulfi. He makes her feel better with his stories. Both of them laugh and like kulfi. Kashvi sees Birju standing on the road and tells Arjun that the man who put the bomb in Sam’s car is standing there.
Kashvi sees Birju on the road and tells Arjun about it. When he is caught, Arjun asks him who told him to kill Samrat and Nayan. Birju is about to take Nitya’s name when Nitya comes out of hiding and shoots at him. Bullet hits Arjun instead.
