Kashvi sees that a chandelier is coming down towards Samrat. She runs up to him and calls him “papa.” He moves out of the way, and she puts a chandelier on herself. Samrat is shocked to see Kashvi lying in a pool of blood while she isn’t moving. Nayan and some other people run to Kashvi. Arjun starts to worry and says that they have to take her to the hospital. They all hurry Kashi to the hospital in Samrat’s car.
When Daadi sees how sick Kashvi is, she breaks down and says she wants to be with her granddaughter. Keval and Romila stop her by saying that she is sick. Jagdish says that they are all going to the hospital and that he will let Daadi know what’s going on. Nitya slips away from there in silence. Sam and other people get to the hospital.
The nurse tells them to finish up with the paperwork first. Arjun scolds them with his tongue for following rules that didn’t make sense and rushes her to OT. Next, Samrat gives the hospital staff a tongue lashing for making them fill out a form, and he says he won’t let anyone off the hook if something bad happens to his daughter. Fills out a form.
Arjun starts to cry as he stands outside OT. Samrat thanks him for getting Kashvi out of the chandelier and rushing her to the hospital. He doesn’t know how much his daughter means to him. Arjun asks him what he is talking about.

Sam says Kashvi is like his daughter. Arjun asks Nayan why he came to him for blood the last time Kashvi was hurt. Nayan comes in and tells Arjun that Kashvi is really Samrat’s daughter. Nitya and Jagdish are on their way to the hospital. Jagdish says Kashvi won’t have anything bad happen to her.
Samrat is very protective of Kashvi, and if something bad happens to Kashvi, Samrat will definitely tell on her. Arjun finds out from Nayan that she has been married to Samrat for 20 years and that Kashvi is their daughter. Arjun asks if Mahima isn’t her real daughter. Nayan says no.
The nurse runs out of the operating room to tell them that the patient had a heart attack and they need a doctor. When they heard that, they all got more scared. Kashvi stops breathing because the doctor doesn’t help her. The doctor says she’s dead and tells them all that they couldn’t save Kashvi. All 3 of them break down. Samrat says that he couldn’t even tell his daughter that he is her real father.
Nitya gets there and starts to worry that Samrat won’t spare her now. She acts out to get away from Samrat’s anger. Arjun goes up to Kashvi and tells her that he loves her. He tells her how important she is to him, etc., and shakes her. Kashvi gasps for air, then begins to breathe again. They are all glad to see that she is still alive.
Precap: Samrat tells Nitya that she tried to kill him, and he threatens to show the commissioner tomorrow what proof he has against her. Nitya is set on killing him, so she blows up his car. When Kashvi sees the explosion, she is shocked.
