Posted by Worship Khanna, who was in Meri Doli Mere Angana, has been cast in the new show Meri Saas Bhoot Hai. The actor is happy to be on the show and says, “Meri Saas Bhoot Hai is jumping forward in time. After the jump, the show will change into short stories called “episodes.” Each week, the audience will see a new story.
In this series, only the main characters who play the daughter-in-law and mother-in-law will stay the same. The rest of the group will change with each story. Worship shows that Prakash is not a black-and-white person. He makes a few mistakes, which sets up how the story will go from there. He chose to take the part because he was interested in it.
Worship had a great time while filming for the show. He looks back and says, “Working on this series made me think of my old days when I worked on shows like Aahat and CID. Harnesses, fake makeup, and chroma shoots were all used in the same way during filming. All of these things made me think of my childhood. Even though I don’t like shooting at night, we had to shoot at night for this idea.
Worship has been making web shows since the end of his last show, Meri Doli Mere Angana, in January of last year. He says that he wants to be in all kinds of media and adds, “Right now, I’m looking forward to being in a daily soap that gives me a recurring role.” I haven’t worked on a daily soap in a while, and I’m looking forward to it.”
