Imlie instructs her kids to look after the family until she returns and leaves to check on their baba. She smiles at Chavans as she leaves after receiving their promises. She sees Virat holding a flower basket and waiting for her. The theme song from Serial is playing in the background. Virat forces her to sit before displaying a ring while on his knees.
What is he doing, Sai queries. He asks if she will still reject him this time after he proposes to her. Not this time, she replies. He places a ring on her finger and proposes marriage.
