Doctor tells Anuj that he gave Little Anu/CA a hypnotic shot and put her to sleep, but they can’t keep going like this and need to get the child out of shock soon. Pakhi asks Anuj if he thinks it’s a good idea to call Anupama. Anuj says that he doesn’t want to make Anupama’s trip harder. Pakhi says that Anupama’s flight leaves in 7 hours.
Gurumaa says that these seven hours are very important. Anupama tells Nakul that in a marriage, there are 7 pheras and 7 promises that each person will support the other for 7 lives, but that she and Anuj will be splitting up in 7 hours. In her sleep, Anu calls out for her mother. Anupama makes it back home. Kanta tells her that she packed everything after doing a lot to change her mind.
The “ The I It I I Thema……… aa…… ………………… Kanta says that they packed everything except for her extra bags, which she should leave at home. She asks how Bhairavi is doing. Anupama tells her that Bharavi is at Gurukul and wants to go straight to the airport with Nakul and Gurumaa. She is going to clean up. Kanta and Bhavesh feel sad when they think about her leaving. Then Kanta gets a call, which makes her serious.
Anuj starts to cry when he sees CA’s situation because he can’t stand to see his daughter in this state. He looks at his phone, then leaves. Ankush asks where is he going.
Anupama gets ready and tells Kanta that she only has 3 hours left before she has to leave. Leela gives her tea and tells her that they came after getting permission from Kanta. Kavya and Kinjal came to say goodbye to her with joy. Anupama says she had a video call with Hasmukh and Samar. Leela says that they know how much she cares about them.

All of them talk about how much they will miss her and make jokes. Leela tells Anupama to drink tea and tell her how things are going. The best tea, according to Anupama. Vanraj tells her to slow down. Anupama says that she can’t have tea made by Leela in the United States. She looks at her phone while waiting for Anuj to call.
Anuj breaks down because he can’t see how CA is doing. Ankush tries to make her feel better. Anuj says that no drug is helping CA and that he doesn’t know what to do if CA dies. He breaks things when he has an anxiety attack. Ankush and Adhik try to make him feel better. Adhik says that Anuj can’t deal with Maaya’s death, CA’s illness, and Anupama leaving.
He thinks that they should tell Anupama about CA’s illness. Anuj says no because he doesn’t want to stand in the way of Anupama’s progress. Ankush wants to know who will take care of CA. Anuj says he will but will not stop Anupama’s progress. Anupama does puja and sings aarti with her family. She cares about CA.
Doctor keeps taking care of CA. Barkha tells Pakhi to go say goodbye to Anupama since they are all here to help CA. Anuj tells Pakhi that she must never tell Anupama about CA. Pakhi leaves. Ankush worries that Pakhi will lose control of her feelings in front of Anupama.
Anupama prays for every single person in her family. CA keeps shouting to call his mother. Anuj says that her dad is there. Anupama asks God to protect Anuj and give him the emotional power he needs. Her sari’s pallu gets caught on a nail, and her purse drops. She looks at the picture of her and Anuj in it and thinks about how CA begged Maaya and Anuj not to leave her alone.
Precap: Pakhi cries holding Anupama. Anupama asks CA if everything is OK. Pakhi says yes. CA runs to call Anupama and then falls. Anupama feels it.
