Born on 18 July 1972 in Karnataka, Soundarya Raghu was a leading actress of Telugu cinema from 1992 to 2004. She had also acted in a Hindi film Sooryavansham (1999). On 17 April 2004, Raghu was traveling in an airplane heading to Andhra Pradesh where she had to campaign for BJP. Unfortunately, the plane crashed near Bangalore and she died. At that time, her film career was on peak.
She is the winner of National Film Award for Best Feature Film as a producer in 2002 for the Kannada movie Dweepa. Some of her super-hit Telugu movies are Ammoru (1994), Anthapuram (1998) and Raja (1999).
 Kuljeet Randhawa
Born on 1 January 1976 in West Bengal, Kuljeet Randhawa was a model and a TV actress. She is famous for playing the role of bold women-centric characters. Randhawa got recognition for her acting in the TV series like ‘C.A.T.S.’, ‘Special Squad’ and ‘Kohinoor’. Kuljeet did many modeling assignments for brands such as Anchor Switches, Maggi, and Recova. She has also appeared in a cameo role in TV shows like ‘Ghar Ek Mandir’, and ‘Kambhkht Ishq’.
Kuljeet committed a suicide at the age of 28 by hanging herself in her Juhu apartment. Randhawa wrote in a suicide note that she was unable to tackle life’s pressures.
